    Maybe the elixir of life hasn’t been found yet, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t live a long, strong, fit & healthy life. Being fit doesn’t require working out for hours and eating nothing but chicken and drink protein smoothies for every meal.

    Nowadays when we spend our days meeting deadlines at work, shuffling the kids to and from school, music or sport activities, and everything in between — we are hoping to have the chance to actually sit down for a meal.
    You probably wish you had more time to cook healthy delicious meals, workout, have a peaceful walk in the park, or a playful few hours with the kids, but this sounds as a mission impossible with the ordinary, super busy lives we lead.

    1. Drink Water

    Our bodies are made mostly of water. In order to detox and cleanse yourself from within it’s important to keep your body hydrated, and fresh, clean, plain water is still the best and healthiest beverage for naturally cleansing our digestive system and maintaining a healthy body.

    2. Don’t Skip Breakfast

    Start your day with a healthy breakfast that will set you up with the energy for optimal mental and physical performance. It also helps maintaining stable blood sugar levels and a healthy weight because you are less likely to overindulge during the rest of the day.

    3. Focus on Reducing Sugar

    We all love sweets, sugar and carbs, and we are not asking you to cut them out of your diet completely, but reducing processed carbohydrates and sugars is the quickest way of losing fat and getting those six-packs you were wishing for so long.

    4. Find Activities That Get You Moving

    Whether it’s a bike ride, hiking, or a game of bowling, finding activities that both you and your friends love and enjoy doing together is crucial to get you moving. And plus workout in a group means a lot of fun time socializing.

    5. Walk More

    Never skip cardio! Even if you go to the gym few times a week, the key for faster getting to your goal is simply be more active and walk more in your day-to-day life. Make an effort to walk whenever and wherever you can: try and aim for at least 10,000 steps a day.

    6. Never Rest More Than 3 Days

    Your rest should be maximum two days. 3 days rest is a no-no. And yes, don’t skip working out even if you only have 30 minutes to do it. A short exercise is always better than nothing.

    7. Invest In Fitness Gear

    There are days when we just cannot get to a gym. For those days when you need a little bit more motivation than usual try to discover the benefit of wearing special workout clothing!
