Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Every GearBunch product is handmade specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, our returns policy is limited. Please read the information below carefully before purchasing.
Change of Mind Returns: Store Credit
If you receive your order and change your mind, we will issue you a GearBunch store credit for the value of the item, excluding original shipping costs.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original saleable condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected by our team. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future GearBunch purchase.
Size Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size. No refunds are issued for incorrect size choices.
To request a size exchange, submit your request through our returns centre before sending anything back. Please advise which size you require and we will arrange the exchange once your return is received.
Please note: items received as part of an exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Quality is our priority. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, you do not need to return it. Simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the fault. If the issue is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item at no charge.
Please note: slight variations in pattern placement may occur depending on the size ordered. This is a natural result of the hand-printing process and is not considered a fault.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please email a photo of the incorrect item to support@gearbunch.com and our team will resolve this for you promptly.
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund:
- Items returned due to a change of design preference
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items that have been altered in any way
- Items not in their original saleable condition, unless the fault is ours
- Items that are part of a replacement or exchange order
- Final Sale items
- Items without original tags
How to Submit a Return
All return requests must be submitted and approved through our returns centre before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed and will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.
