REASONS FOR RETURNS:

A change in size

Please advise on the online form which size you need, we will send you the correct size. While we are happy to exchange the size, no refunds are given for incorrect size choices.

You received the wrong item

Please send a photo of the incorrect item to support@gearbunch.com and we will follow it up for you.

You received a damaged/faulty item

Quality is our top priority, If you receive damaged or faulty gear you do not need to return it. The only thing we ask is to send an email to support@gearbunch.com stating your order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged gear within 7 days of receiving your order. If the damage or fault is clear, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.

Whilst all care is taken when hand making your product, there may be a slight variation to the pattern placement depending on the size you have ordered. Returns are not accepted for minor variations in the placement of the patterns or alignment of the pattern at the seams.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:

A 'change of mind' because we print on demand & do not hold stock. Please choose carefully as returns are not accepted for exchange of design or refund.

QUESTIONS ABOUT CHANGING YOUR ORDER:

I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this?

Yes you can, but you need to be quick. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP at support@gearbunch.com. Please quote your order number.

I used the wrong address, can I still change this?

As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number to support@gearbunch.com and we will take care of it for you.

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?

As long as your items are not in print yet, you can still cancel your order. When your item is 'in print' we cannot cancel anymore since it is already being made. To cancel your order, email us at support@gearbunch.com. Please title your email "Cancel order (your order number)" and we will take care of it for you.

Where are your items made?

It depends on your country of residence and what item you have ordered. We have factories in the United States, Mexico and Europe

Why is everything priced in Dollars? I am not from the USA.

Although we ship worldwide, We operate from the USA. This does not mean you cannot order if you are not from the USA. The credit card companies / paypal will simply use your own currency on check out.

I find the pricing to be high, why?

We pride ourselves on quality. We also love the fact that you will have a Limited Edition Item. Gearbunch gear can only be bought from us and nowhere else.

We work with the best designers in the game. We also work with the best sewers we can find.

We do not settle for materials that are not up to par or lose vibrancy when stretching.

All our items are hand made in North America, Mexico or Europe.

We print, cut and sew your order by hand. Our items are printed on demand. This means that your order is the first domino that falls in a long personalised creation process that ends in a package sent to your door!

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.

Where do Gearbunch ship to, I am not from the USA?

We ship worldwide.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

This is divided into two parts:

1. Production Times:

We print on demand, everything is hand made just for you (printing, cutting and sewing). It takes us about 7-10 business days to create your gear. Shipping times are added to our production times.

Under normal circumstances, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.

2. Shipping Times:

What does shipping cost?

We only charge shipping on single orders. For every order above $100, shipping is on us!

Domestic shipping (USA) for orders under $100: $5.99
International shipping for orders under $100: $10.99

Why can't I track my order via your tracking page?

You will get an e-mail once your gear is printed and sent out for delivery. From then on our tracking kicks in. You will automatically receive a shipping e-mail plus a tracking code.

Customs charged me extra for my delivery, now what?

We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import.

QUESTIONS ABOUT MATERIALS

What are Gearbunch leggings made from?

Our leggings are made of 80% polyester and 20% spandex. They come with an elastic waistband and all our seams are double stitched.
